This 25 year old woman came to my Boston cosmetic surgery office to discuss breast augmentation in Boston. She is a petite woman interested in an breast augmentation of approximately one cup size and interested in correcting the subtle size asymmetry of her breasts.
At the time of her surgery, in 2002, silicone gel filled implants were not available for primary cosmetic breast augmentation. She chose an inframammary incision to place the saline filled implants below the chest wall muscle. I used Inamed Moderate Profile implants; the right implant is filled with 265 cc of saline and the left implant is filled with 245cc of saline.
Following her breast augmentation Boston this patient returned to her job as a waitress within ten days following surgery. She remains extremely happy with her breast augmentation several years after surgery. This patient demonstrates the long term aesthetic results possible with breast augmentation when the surgeon and patient work together to chose the optimal implant.
