This 38 year old woman from Boston’s South Shore came to my office to discuss breast augmentation Boston. She is a professional woman who balances work and a busy home life. She is interested in filling out her breasts and increasing her cup size by one and a half to two cup sizes.
During our consultations we carefully discussed her expectations from surgery and used implant sizers to mimic her breast size following her breast augmentation. She has a wide chest and breast so we chose 375cc implants in order to adequately fill her breast envelope. She chose an inframammary incision which will remain well concealed at the bottom of her breast. At the time of her breast augmentation silicone implants were not available to her, so she had saline implants which were placed under the chest wall muscle.
In the operating room I used Inamed Moderate Profile implants and filled each implant with 375cc of saline. As shown in her post operative photographs, she has achieved full breasts which are balanced to her overall body frame.
Her recovery from her breast augmentation Boston was rapid. She remains pleased with her results, now 7 years after surgery, and has referred many friends for breast augmentation.
