This patient is a 46 year old woman who came to my Brookline office from central New Hampshire to discuss breast augmentation in Boston. She was interested in enhancing her bust size by approximately two cup sizes. She had been wearing a padded bra to achieve a C-cup look.
During our consultations at my Boston cosmetic surgery practice we discussed the size implant necessary to accomplish her goals. She used implant sizers to mimic her appearance after surgery, we discussed how her soft tissues would react to and accommodate the implant, and we reviewed photographs of my patients to visualize how she would look following her breast augmentation in Boston. She ultimately decided upon a 375cc augmentation using saline filled implants placed under the chest muscle. She opted for the inframammary incision.
Her post operative photographs demonstrate natural looking breasts that smooth the transition between her well developed chest muscles and her breasts. Her upper body is more nicely balanced following her breast augmentation. The inframammary incision is well concealed at the bottom of her breast. She quickly returned to an active full time job in police work following her surgery. She is very pleased with her results and happy to no longer have to wear a padded bra!
