Details for Case #2

This 33 year old self employed woman came to my Brookline office from southeastern Massachusetts, near the Rhode Island border, to discuss breast augmentation Boston. Her sister is a patient of mine who is happy with her Boston plastic surgery. This patient is tall and felt as though her breasts were too small for her overall body. She wanted an augmentation that would balance her frame and look natural.

During our consultations we discussed that her nipples are widely spaced apart and that breast augmentation will not narrow the gap between her nipples. The breast implants are properly placed directly underneath the nipples, so the implants will not narrow the distance between her breasts unless the implants are excessively wide. Implants that are too wide will be too full on the side and be underneath the arm. Implants that are too wide will also excessively stretch the skin and soft tissue of the breast. This patient chose a 400cc augmentation of saline implants using a periareolar incision.

At surgery I placed the Mentor High Profile implants beneath the chest wall muscle and filled each with 400cc of saline. As shown in the post operative photographs, these implants give her a full and natural appearing breast. She quickly returned to her job and bust lifestyle. She is quite pleased with her breast augmentation Boston.
