Details for Case #22

This patient is a 21 year old college student from north of Boston who came to my Brookline office to discuss breast augmentation Boston. She wanted improvement in the shape of her breasts as well as an enhancement of her cup size.

During our consultations we discussed the differences in the position of her nipples and the high inframammary folds that she has on both breasts. A periareolar incision provides excellent visualization in order to lower the inframammary fold and so this is the incision the I recommended to this patient. She chose a 325cc augmentation and I recommended a high profile implant to give her the best aesthetic result.

At surgery I placed the Mentor High Profile saline implants in the pocket beneath the chest wall muscle. I filled the implants with 325cc of saline.

Notice in her post operative photographs that her inframammary folds are lower and more symmetric than before surgery. The periareolar incision facilitates accurate lowering of asymmetric inframammary folds. Also notice that the nipple height asymmetry is much less obvious with the implants in place and the folds position even.

She is quite pleased with the results of her breast augmentation Boston and happy with her positive Boston cosmetic surgery experience.
