Breast Augmentation Case
Details for Case #24
This patient is a 27 year old woman who came to my Brookline office to discuss
breast augmentation Boston. She works in the aesthetic industry and many of her friends are patients of mine. This patient is statuesque and interested in a significant breast enhancement. Preoperatively she has a subtle breast size asymmetry which she wished to have corrected with her Boston plastic surgery.
During our consultations we spent a great deal of time discussing the implant size that would give her a full bust in keeping with her overall body shape. We ultimately decided upon a breast augmentation of approximately 500cc; slightly less on the right side and slightly more on the left side. She decided to take advantage of the fact that saline implants can be precisely filled at the time of surgery to compensate for her breast size discrepancy. She chose an incision around the areola.
At surgery I placed Mentor smooth round Moderate Plus Profile implants beneath the chest wall muscle. The implants are size 450cc and the right implant is filled with 485cc of saline and the left implant is filled with 515cc of saline.
