This patient is a petite 29 year old woman from Brookline, MA came to my Brookline office to discuss breast augmentation Boston. She had done a great deal of research on breast augmentation before our consultation. She knew that she was interested in a modest breast augmentation of approximately one cup size. She also knew that she wanted an augmentation with saline filled breast implants and that she wanted the incision to be around the areola.
During our consultations we discussed the implant size precisely and she chose a 180cc breast augmentation. At the time of surgery I placed Mentor smooth round Moderate Profile implants beneath the chest wall muscle. I filled each of the size 175cc implants with 180cc of saline. As is my routine, I did not use drains nor did I place her in a tight, constricting wrap following surgery. She changed her surgical bra to a sports bra when she showered the day after surgery. She resumed her normal activities quickly after her breast augmentation Boston. She achieved her goal of a modest, natural looking breast augmentation.
