This patient is a 39 year old mother of two children came to my Brookline, MA office from southern New Hampshire to discuss breast augmentation Boston. Prior to coming in for her consultation she spent a great deal of time educating herself about her breast augmentation choices. She had recently lost weight and wanted to regain the youthful shape of her breasts.
During our consultations we discussed her choices and she ultimately decided on an augmentation of 350cc. She chose the periiareolar incision for her breast augmentation Boston. At the time of surgery I placed Mentor smooth round high profile saline implants beneath the chest wall muscle.
This patient experienced a rapid recovery following her Boston cosmetic surgery. She was able to quickly return to her job in the restaurant business. Notice in her preoperative photographs her nipple height asymmetry which she chose not to correct with a mastopexy. Her nipple height asymmetry is minor and her decision not to correct it is quite reasonable. However, a breast lift can certainly be done at the same time as breast augmentation or can be done following the breast augmentation if the patient wishes.
