This patient is a 20 year old woman from Boston’s South Shore who came to my Brookline, MA office to discuss breast augmentation Boston. She is a very active woman who juggles being a full time student with working in an office. She is a tall woman and wanted an enhancement of her breast size in order to better balance her overall body shape.
During our Boston cosmetic surgery consultations we carefully discussed all of her choices. She decided upon a 260cc breast augmentation and chose an incision around the areola. Because she is 20 years old, she was not able to choose silicone gel-filled implants; patients must be at least 22 years old in order to choose silicone breast implants. At the time of surgery I placed Mentor smooth round moderate profile saline implants beneath the chest wall muscle.
As can be seen in her post-operative photographs, she achieved the natural and balanced look that she desired. She quickly returned to her busy life with minimal downtime. She is quite pleased with her “new look!”
