Details for Case #28

This patient is a 20 year old woman from New Hampshire who came to my Boston cosmetic surgery office to discuss breast augmentation. She was in the process of moving from New Hampshire to the Virgin Islands to work as a dive instructor. She was interested in achieving a round breast with a very full upper pole. She also wished to avoid any incisions on her breast.

During our consultations we discussed the pros and cons of the trans-axillary incision fro breast augmentation Boston. The incision placed high in the axilla is the best choice when patients do not want in incision on the breasts. Because this patient is so petite, the 375cc breast augmentation that she chose will give her the full and round look that she desired. I placed the saline implants beneath the chest wall muscle.

She left the hospital shortly after the completion of her surgery and quickly began resuming her normal daily activities. She moved to the Virgin Islands approximately one month after her Boston plastic surgery to begin her new job. Her photographs taken four years after her surgery demonstrate the longevity typical of breast augmentation in Boston.

If you are interested in learning more about Breast Augmentation in Boston, request a consultation at my convenient Brookline office. We will provide you all the information you need to make your best breast augmentation choices and to enjoy a rapid recovery following surgery. I do not use drains or tight, suffocating wraps after breast augmentation surgery; my patients are able to wear a sports bra immediately after surgery and to resume their normal activities very quickly.

Surgeon: Dr. Tantillo
Patient age: 20 years old.
