This twenty-eight year old woman from Boston’s South Shore came to my Brookline, MA office to discuss breast augmentation Boston. She keeps busy as stay at home mother of a one year old. She wanted a more full bust that was in better balance with her figure.
During our plastic surgery Boston consultations we discussed her choices of incision location, implant placement and implant size. At the time of her surgery silicone gel filled implants were not available to women for primary augmentation mammaplasty, so saline filled breast implants were used. She decided on an inframammary incision and an augmentation of approximately 350cc. During her surgical procedure Inamed Moderate Profile saline implants were placed under the chest wall muscle and each filled with 355cc of saline.
Her post operative photographs show her four and one-half years after her surgery. During that time she has also had two more children! She has maintained a natural breast shape through these two pregnancies. She is very pleased with her breast augmentation Boston experience.
