This thirty-two year old woman came to my Brookline, MA office to discuss Boston breast lift surgery. Although she had never been pregnant, her breasts were ptotic (droopy) and she desired a more youthful, age appropriate appearance. She underwent a Wise pattern (anchor or inverted-T incision) to lift her breasts, make her breasts more round and to reduce the size of her areola.
