This forty-one year old woman underwent a Wise pattern (inverted-T) breast reduction. She had 450 grams of tissue removed from the right breast and 425 grams from the left. Her upper back and neck pain resolved following the surgery. Her breasts are more proportional to her body and a more youthful shape after her breast reduction surgery.
