This thirty-three year old woman came to the office to discuss breast reduction surgery. Her breasts caused her upper back and neck pain. She had difficulty exercising and finding properly fitting clothing. Her surgery was a Modified Roberson breast reduction removing 750 grams of tissue from the right breast and 725 grams of tissue from the left breast.
