This twenty-four old woman underwent breast reduction surgery to relieve the pain in her upper back and neck as well as to improve the appearance of her breasts. Her surgery was a Wise pattern reduction mammaplasty (inverted-T) with 725 grams of tissue removed from the right breast and 650 grams from the left breast.
