This 41 year old woman from Boston’s south shore came to my Brookline office on referral from a friend of hers and patient of mine to discuss breast augmentation Boston. She has nursed two children and was interested in filling out her breasts, increasing her cup size by about one and one-half cup sizes and keeping her breasts natural looking.
During our Boston plastic surgery consultations we discussed all aspects of her surgery. She chose an augmentation size of 325cc which is appropriate for her soft tissues. We talked about the pros and cons of saline implants and silicone implants.
